Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

Admatic plans are prepaid for 30 days and do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. If you do nothing at the end of your 30 days, your account simply returns to the free tier and you are not charged again.

Refunds

Generating a video ad costs us real money the moment you press the button, so refunds depend on what you have used:

• Within 7 days, no videos generated — full refund, no questions asked.
• Within 7 days, some videos generated — we refund the plan fee less the videos already generated, charged at ₹200 per video.
• After 7 days — we do not generally refund, but write to us if something went wrong and we will look at it fairly.
• Our fault — if a generation fails, or the service is unavailable for a sustained period, you are refunded in full for what did not work. Failed generations never count against your monthly limit.

Duplicate payments

If you are charged twice for the same plan, tell us and we will return the duplicate in full.

How to ask

Email optimusprime5823@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of payment. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned through Razorpay to the original payment method and typically reach you within 5–7 working days.
