Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Admatic, operated by Amit Varkey. By creating an account you agree to them.

What the service does

Admatic generates Instagram-style image posts and short video advertisements for your business using artificial intelligence, based on the description, website or photos you provide.

AI-generated content — read this part

• The people who appear in generated ads are not real people. They are synthetic. Do not describe them as real customers or real testimonials.
• Generated copy may contain claims that are wrong or unsuitable for your business. You are responsible for checking every ad before you publish it, including prices, offers, and any claim about your products.
• Advertising in India is subject to the ASCI code and to consumer protection law. Compliance is your responsibility as the advertiser.
• We cannot guarantee that generated content is unique, and we make no promise about the commercial results of any ad.

Your account

Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per business. Tell us promptly at optimusprime5823@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

You must not use Admatic to create content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexual, or that infringes someone else's rights. You must not upload photographs of people who have not agreed to appear in your advertising, and you must not upload another business's logo or imagery as if it were your own. You must not attempt to circumvent plan limits or interfere with the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Who owns what

You keep ownership of what you upload. As between you and us, you may use the posts and videos Admatic generates for you commercially. We keep ownership of the Admatic software itself.

Plans and payment

Plans are prepaid for 30 days and priced in Indian Rupees. Limits on posts and videos are per calendar month and reset at the start of each month. Plans do not renew automatically — a plan that is not renewed simply reverts to the free tier. We may change prices with notice; a change never affects a term you have already paid for.

Availability

We aim to keep Admatic running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation depends on third-party providers who may be slow or unavailable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for consequences of advertising you chose to publish.

Ending your account

You may stop using Admatic at any time and ask us to close your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will refund any unused prepaid period unless the account was closed for misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
